The mission of the Québec Winter Carnival team is to organize an annual winter festival in the Quebec City region to generate a high-quality economic, tourist and social event that local residents are proud of.

Our vision
Our vision
The 67th Carnival is a continuation of the new vision, but adapted to the exceptional situation due to the pandemic. It will focus its efforts on the traditional and essential elements that have always been part of its DNA: to break the gloom of winter and stimulate the local economy. The socio-economic impacts of the current situation require a collaborative community effort and the 2021 Carnival is responding with a new formula that we hope will provide enjoyment and support the economy, all while respecting health and safety measures.
