PURCHASING CARNIVAL TIE-IN PRODUCTS

Point of sale: You can buy Carnival products here:

Pick-up and delivery options for online purchases: You can get your tie-in products delivered to you by mail for the applicable delivery cost. Otherwise, you can also come pick up your items at the Carnival reception desk, at 205 Boulevard des Cèdres, during the reception’s business hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to noon, and 1:00 to 4:30 p.m. There is no fee for picking up items.

Methods of payment: The following are accepted for online purchases: Visa and MasterCard credit cards, and prepaid cards. Combination debit-credit cards are not accepted. Service and delivery fees are extra. Cash payments are accepted for purchases made at physical points of sale.

REFUND POLICY FOR TIE-IN PRODUCTS

ALL PURCHASES OF TIE-IN PRODUCTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NOT EXCHANGEABLE.

The Quebec Winter Carnival tie-in products are final sale only. If a product is defective, please report it to boutique@carnaval.devbeet.com and then return the item to 205 Boulevard des Cèdres, Québec, QC, G1L 1N8, during the reception’s business hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to noon, and 1:00 to 4:30 p.m.
